Art and Acoustic Music Licensing
I periodically get contacted with interest around using my drawings or music in projects ranging from student projects to films. As such, I've started referencing the Creative Commons' "Attribution-Noncommercial-No Derivative" license (http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/) for my music and art. I feel this license is a flexible way to enable fellow aspiring creatives with a way to use of my drawings and songs on projects that aren't intended to create profit.
If you do have an interest in using my work, please read the full license at the link above. In summary this license basically states you are free to use my work so long as you 1) give me attribution/credit (website link, liner notes, on-screen credits, or whatever is applicable for your medium) for my work, 2) your project is not intended for commercial profit bearing purposes, and 3) you do not add to the existing work (ie. editing of drawings, music sampling, etc).
Commercial projects do not fall under this agreement and are negotiated separately. Please contact me if you are interested in using my work in one of your projects, as I can provide high-resolution images or music files if you agree to the noted terms.
