About
I've played and performed with several bands in Nashville, Houston, Austin, and Dallas. A few of the bands...The Yazoo Street Scandal, Chasmatic, Sili Con Queso, Wisconsin Mistake, and The Big Chief Experience. The music has ranged from rock bands to acoustic dous. I currently live in Dallas, TX, and periodically perform with a band that changes its name for every show.
I have a few 'official' releases. Alright with Me is a song of mine which was released on an indie label compilation (Shut Eye Record) in 2003. In October 2006, I released an acoustic EP, Just a Day in Your Life, which received some radio play. My newest EP, Right About Now I'd Like to Move to Austin and Buy a Purple House, was released in the first part of 2008 and cracked the top 50 on iTunes' Top Folk Albums chart. You can read more about the releases and listen to the songs on the music page.
I also like to draw and have some of my music related art posted in the Art section of this site. My drawing of Neil Young (seen below) was shown at The Annex Zoo art show in Toronto, Canada, in November of 2007.
Feel free to contact me w/ thoughts on my music, music recommendations, permission for use of my music or art, existential ponderings, etc.
